"This was a very smooth and - dare I say - enjoyable car buying experience. Our minivan needed urgent replacing. I work fulltime, we have two littles, and this happened during the pandemic - so it would have been quite an ordeal to visit multiple dealerships and vet replacement vehicles by ourselves.
Consulted with The Auto Finders via phone on what we wanted. They provided some direction for us to research and we came up with a priority list of what we "needed" and "wanted" in a vehicle. They found a match for us within our budget, retrieved it, inspected it, serviced it, and brought it to our house. I think the whole process (including our research) took about a week and a half.
We noticed one small issue (missing floormats) AFTER completing the transaction and giving our signed acceptance. They still took care of it, immediately and at their own expense, which we didn't ask for or expect. And they're helping us get another keyfob for the vehicle at a much cheaper rate than we would pay on our own.

My husband and I were looking for vans cause we have 2 kids and plan to add one more, I called and spoke to Mike he was very nice unlike other dealerships. He took his time with us even though I called a million times lol. He was looking for a truck we saw, then I changed my mind to a van and love it. My husband did not like a few things about the financing and Carol and Mike took care of us. Carol was great unlike other places she talked to us answered all our questions and had fun laughing as well. One of the best places to buy a car, I did talk to Scott the sales person and Carol, she help me find the loan for this car in minutes not in hours, Carol and Scott are the best so I give this Dealer 5 stars.
